Black Belt Excellence

It's the mindset behind every class. We teach children to act the way a black belt would in any situation: at school, at home, with friends and on the mat.

Discipline

Listening, following instructions and showing respect to instructors and to each other.

Keeping their attention on one thing and working at it until they get it right.

Confidence

Earning each new belt through their own effort, all the way to black belt.

Inside a class

One hour, once a week. Children learn proper karate technique, work towards their next belt and earn stickers along the way.
